    Okay, I was into this novel quite a bit. Its far from amazing, but its a good enough read. Thing is, I hit point where, Sienna has just woken up and now its a constant tease between Anise, Sienna and Kristina. Some people refuse to read novels just because they have harem in them. I dont love harems, but I have come to accept them as a result of reading so much Xianxia. But the constant cheesiness of their flirting is srsly throwing me off. It doesnt help that Eugene/Hamel turns in a wet paper blanket whenever he interacts with them. My question is, should I force myself to trudge on? The harem will stay probably, but surely the story will focus more on the plot and less on the relationships?

      After they freed Sienna there was an elf village arc where there was a bit of teasing between them, but Ididn't find it that annoying or anything. (Perhaps only when Sienna was in the main mannor) For the rest of the story romance isn't that big of a deal,(!heavy spoilers! He rejects Ciel and is revealed that he isn't oblivious to their love at all, he just prefers to end his mission beforehand(killing the DKs)!! The arcs after that he gets quite a lot of powerups and battles with opponents that are interesting to read, they all train hard to accomplish this and the romance is left behind( while yes it is still there just not on focus at all) after the Molon arc it is just battles and cool backstory till he defeats them all. I haven't read many books but i believe some romance and teasing is good for a book. There should be emotions - rage, love, hate ect. Especially after you have been reunited with old friends and family after 300 or so years. I enjoyed it, pretty sure you will too.

      The manhwa is good, but some details are missing(small details) also some sites are translating some names wrong and that can be annoying for some, especially when they jump from the manhwa to the novel here. IMO it is worth to read the novel somewhere to chp.144 and then reread the manhwa for the art(it's good) and continue.

        Pretty sure the manhwa was canceled anyhow. Better to just read the novel so you don't skew the images you imagine.

    D*mn this is gonna finish soon ? I remember I had read the manhwa whe it has like 20 chapters. And liked it enough to search for its Novel but since the Novel only had 200ish chapters I let it stack. Now I get to have the whole cake. Is the cake still good, or did it go a little bad?
