I have this love & Hate relationship with IET's work. Even I don't know what's exactly that I love about his work but I know what I hate most about it and here is the thing every piece of his work contains these issues, 1-Overely/Self Righteous MC (I just hate them they have very clear weakness and any intelligent villain can easily exploit and kill them, BUT BUT BUT here comes the Plot Armor and boom every thing works) 2-Everyone in the UNIVERSE (BTW he usually has huge worlds that are bigger than our own universe) that is good or neutral (I'm not talking about Evil People here) has the same traditional values as our MC's they will treat their master, parents, children the same as he treats his, I mean come on even our earth has so much different values. (Example: Everyone has good parents and everyone has filial piety for them, Every Master is like a father and you should worship him. It's like that everywhere in the universe) Alas I still comeback to read his novel
Is this novel similar to desolate era? Lots of unnecessary tragedy and countless lucky encounter that are somehow perfect for MC?
Around 100 chapters in read in a day i can say this novel is not bad i would expect to have more than 4 considaring novel like NSHBA have more than 4 and are top 30 this is easily better. Mc is hardworking and it seems like he breaks throught with hardwork at the beggining is seemed like he had no talent but letter it appears he is the most talented in his world i really dont know how that works but ok.He is a family man who really values family but i wonder if they just die from old age since they cant really breakthrought without talent since it has to do with comperhesion that cant be explained by someone else or he finds a way to keep them alive with some crazy treasure. Fights arent that complicated they just try to be most of the time,you would definately expect more from trancedent or legendary beings. The pace is really good and thats what i like about this novel although it seems that it will prolly drop a lot considaring this is like 1400 chapters which im worried about.
I barely made it through 300 chapters. If you're looking for an engaging and blood boiling fight scenes, stay the f*ck away from this sh*t. Author for some reason (which I'm 90% sure it's the dao of wordcount) really loves to info dump smack dab in the middle of the fight. Either that or downright having peanut galleries just yapping like a bunch of idiots. Thoroughly killing the flow of the fight. Also, you see the comment below about forced conflicts? Don't take them for granted lol
This novel brought me oppression, there is something strange about it, I do not recommend reading it because when you get to chapter 187 it becomes spiritually oppressive, in the beginning it was not like that. My wife started having nightmares for three nights in a row after I started reading this novel.
Starting 7/19/2024. Finished reading Archean eon art and now I will begin this. I hope the ending of this novel will be better. And I hope I can find a girlfriend... 10:37 PM
Finished at 1 April,11:20am,it was a good journey,I like the main character personality,many forced conflicts by the Author but it isn't that bad.
Can anyone tell me the levels Between sallowed star and this one difference???
