    This novel showed the most logical main goal of cultivation in eastern fantasy stories which most authors neglected or even didn't realize. That's to resist the true apocalypse, the reset of the universe or to avoid being affected by the universe's reset. And without the novel explaining the reason why the universe resets, the readers should've been able to deduce logically without following the logic of the novel itself. Immortality? Peak Authority? Chasing after Primordial Chaos beyond the Ancient Order (The Universe itselft) or even Immemorial Origin beyond the Primordial Chaos? Those are just secondary goals. Depends on the cultivators themselves, those secondary goals might become freebies while they're chasing after the most logical main goal.

    Of all the beast training novels, this is my favorite, the story is very interesting, the MC being an archaeologist and using that in the story is something I've never read before, the evolutions of the beasts are also very interesting, the story is very generic but that has already become something standard in beast novels, unfortunately it ended but also fortunately it didn't become an infinite reading where the MC only went to a superior universe infinitely like certain novels... •-•

        The Charm of Souls Pets, has 1798 and is complete, Astral Pet Store, 1581 and is also complete, The First Legendary Beast Master, 654 and is being released, daily releases with at least 2 chapters, these 3 were the ones I liked the most, I recommend reading The First Legendary Beast Master first because it is being released and the story is very interesting, if you have already read these I also know the other 3 novels of this type but they are... Kind of bad, at least I couldn't read everything but my reading style is strange. :v

        Iam already reading the beast master and the astra pet store including beast taming from zero.ill check soul of charm pets Please mention the other 3 you mentioned I'll think of them. Thank you for your recommendations

        ••Unable to Cultivate, I Can Only Raise Soul Pets, this one is basically an immortal at the peak of the universe who died and reincarnated into a world of soul beasts, it's complete with only +500 chapters. •D*mn it! You Call This Beast Taming, this one is pretty standard, mc reincarnates, gains talent, wars between races, very fast improvement, it has 593 and was finished. •All My Beasts are Legendary, another standard novel, mc with very strong talent, invincible and late romance (I hated this author's choice of romance), it's complete with 504 chapters. -I put these novels on my list of farm novels, when I have nothing to read I read them while I wait to farm chapters of the other really good novels, these ones here are not something really bad, they are just clichés that everyone knows and loves. ☕•-•)

      it's finished now and has 1962 chap total, but that's only because the translator split the chaps into multiple parts. In reality the whole book is about 1000 chaps long, maybe even less, maybe very slightly more.
