So in my opinion, this novel is overall good even though there are some shortcomings such as the development of some characters being ignored or forced to be bad, romantic etc. including that I don't know why the creator of this novel has a fetish of being r*p*d... this novel is about cultivation so you all know there will be face slapping, stupid arrogant youths from big clans and so on, this is still acceptable...there are some cultivation novels the worse ones I've found are also the ones I've found very good because of some cultivation novels that don't have stupid arrogant young masters. So um where tf side story urg
3.7 is very low when considering what sort of h*rs*sh*t you see at 4.7-4.9 on here, unless I have rose tinged glasses and somehow misremember (its been like a year and a half) all Of silkworms novels are translated well leading to an inproved reading experience. As others have said it realies heavily on tropes; but I dont trally get that as a critque as every cultivation novel is just a chain of tropes differentiated by the macro setting and quaility of interpersonal dialogue. Would recomened this if your looking for a lighter read thats still engaging and not fully brainless. Only weird thing is that silkworm loves inserting odd Rape plotlines that are justified as dubiously not rape its a major aspect of the romance here so if thats a deal breaker dont bother.
It's not the best novel I read and it's not the worst one I read. All I can say is even though I didn't like some parts, it was a good read nonetheless. A lot better than BTTH tbh. Off to the next one then.. not sure which one to read, The great ruler or Dragon prince yuan.
I remember reading the manhwa for this year's ago but it was incomplete do you know which chapter to continue the novel from the manhwa?.
read again after years missing chapters on ice tribe...
A emotional one
One of my first novels and good lord its goood! Alongside BTTH it is a trope setting novel.(You know tropes like fiancée broke marriage and sh*t grandpa in ring). In fact most of HSP's novels are novels that set tropes.
First d*mn novel I ever read and I am going start it again
Lin Dong & Xiao Yan, my 1st MCs. HSP's nailed in this novel at that time & i'm happy to get started in novel cultivation journey through this. Try it, great read everyone. (Beware, as the stroy line from earler structures, so meeting arrogant brainless characters(in BTTH atleast) will be usual that u will doubt their intelligence sometimes😆.)
One of my first novels i read and i absolutly love it❤ It would be nice if the Seven Ice sub Arc chapters would be uploaded. That would makes it wholesome and it gives eh good ending for the hearth. Love it ❤❤❤
